(3 pax) Lack of takeaway course material. Needs a workbook or digital pdf, it’s a lot to take in and you can’t listen when you’re writing notes.

Best First Aid training course I have been on. He was very theatrical using sounds and actions to describe various first aid situations which made everything very realistic and interesting.
