Completing the course through 'Teams' could have been difficult due to the sensitive subject matter. However, we were all made to feel welcome and after a short period of time felt like a cohesive group.

Good and ways to look at this subject from a different aspect and tools to help us help our customers.

Loved the course. Although the subject will always be hard to handle, this course has provided me with ways of dealing/coping with it, and provided me with a confidence to do so. All the information was interesting and very informative

In class would have been more rewarding only because interaction would have been with the whole class. I feel a lot more confident now and believe I would have the confident to take a step like Neil if it occurred.

I found this session really helpful in finding strategies to help learners to understand how self-harm and suicide are interlinked. It was great to have the opportunity to talk to other Associate Tutors too!
