Brilliant course, a lot of new ways of approaching suicide discussion.

I really enjoyed today's training and feel that it was very benefiacial not just for work purposes but for personal purposes too.

Overall the course was really helpful in giving me the tools to speak with people who may be feeling suicidal.

This course is brilliant for tools and for preparing you for difficult but important conversations. Three short easy steps and easy to remember frameworks. I thoroughly recommend it and it has built my confidence.

Great course well delivered

It really was an excellent course, I'm less worried now about how to approach the subject of suicide, or saying the wrong thing, as I now know that it would be difficult to say the wrong thing, not saying anything at all has the potential to be a whole lot worse! The tutor really did engage with us all, we all had different experiences, were coming at it from different perspectives and the tutor was able to keep us fully engaged from beginning to end.

This is a well put together course and delivery. Lara is always outstanding delivering courses she really believes in. Great informative course and amazing tutor.
