More awareness should be created about suicide and suicidal behaviour. Loosing a loved one to suicide is so painful and I believe if people know how to help or prevent the loss of life, they would gladly help.
I thoroughly enjoyed this course. The tutor delivered the content really well, the class size was perfect and the supporting workbook was easy to follow. My only concern was that I would have liked a longer break or two 15 minute breaks. I would recommend this course to anyone who is working or volunteering in the field of mental health or with vulnerable people.
I really enjoyed participating in the course, MD did an amazing job and made me more prepared for any future interventions I may need to participate in.
