The course was well presented and i would recommend it to others.
Before the course I didnt feel confident in approaching people but now ive completed the course I feel much more confident as I know the correct things to say
Interesting, with a balance of facts and discussion. It was great to receive a booklet to complete, which involves the participants and gives a better takeaway than making notes only.
Good tutor. Good pace. Engaging. The room was far too small for the number of people in the heat though
