I would previously felt ok talking to someone who I thought may have been thinking about suicide, but the way I would approach it now would be different and better. Thank you.

I found this course really helpful and engaging. Before doing this course I didn't feel very confident in what to say and do if I was approached by someone who had thoughts of suicide. Now, with what I have learned and the tools I have in my "toolbox", I can confidently do my best to help someone who may be struggling with thoughts of suicide.
