I really enjoyed the day, which was not what I thought I would say before any training. Having been touched by this topic in several different ways, I was very anxious about it. Joy made it safe and accessible, leaving me feeling confident with the knowledge I was given.

As always, despite the serious topic Chris brings a down to earth and pragmatic approach to the course which works for me as I have known 3 people who have died by suicide and one friend who I managed to help not die by suicide and sort help.
