Quality course relevant and useful

A good course presented well

It was good to do role play in the afternoon.

Thank you Cheryl for your facilitative and inclusive style. I learnt a lot and feel more confident in knowing how to approach conversations when my gut instinct is that this person could be at risk.

Ian was a great teacher, he engaged everyone and I could see how passionate he was about the subject.

A really great and thoughtfully constructed course

As mentioned, I did get a lot from this course. one being relieve that I handled correctly in a personal situation that has given me comfort. At the same time also learned what I need to do differently if I would be faced with the same.

Really happy with the course and how it was delivered. Possibly one of the hardest topics anyone will ever have to face and i feel as prepared as i can be for if this situation crops up in my work or personal life.

I think we all thoroughly enjoyed the course and got a lot out of it. The pace was just right, the materials relevant and easy to understand. The pitch was just right and not at all intimidating. Thank you so much.
