Illuminating and informative course. I had no experience in the area prior to the course and feel much better equipped to deal with people who may be on the suicide continuum now. I have a better understanding of the signs and have a plan of how to proceed should I get a caller who may be suicidal.

I feel that I learned a lot about how to approach this subject and deal with it as best I can should it arise.
