It’s been so interesting. I have learnt so much
Ian was such a nice engaging person and really opened up about his own experiences. The course was delivered at an appropriate pace, was suitable informative and well worth well attending. I learnt a lot and feel more confident in this area of mental health and know the tools required to help others

Both Sam and Nina were very helpful and made the course enjoyable and interesting both bounced of eachother which makes it more engaging. They work together really well and both separately are engaging
