Enjoyed the course, extremely valuable content and I feel I have learned a great deal and feel confident i can support and will respond in the correct manner. Thank you group discussions were great as well. Very open and welcoming environment was created by Ben.

I think the course was good but I would have thought that a few more days, possibly over 2/3 days would make you more equipped, especially in emergency situations.

Suicide intentionality- self harm got a little messy. Not the tutor's fault but could do with a rethink or redraft.

I was able to take away key points to help me when addressing suicidal thoughts. I have learnt majority of the suicidal safety guide where I now feel confident in the steps I need to take when dealing with this in the future. Thank you!

I felt alot was missed due to the delivery being online. I personally do not feel this is a topic for online training as missed opportunities for open conversation and additional dialogue could have added to this course greatly

I'm not always keen on online training and prefer face to face. This is a heavy subject to do all in one day.
