They consistently praise knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who explain clearly, invite discussion and create supportive, non-judgemental spaces. Courses combine practical frameworks, realistic conversations, workbooks, videos and useful resources, with a well-judged pace and breaks. Really informative and the video definitely helped to get more perspective on it. Learned new ways of talking to people who feel suicidal and how to approach sensitive subjects

Course not ideal for those who have been working frontline on an ambulance and dealing with these situations for years. Can see how it would be suited to those with no prior experience
