A well balanced course - good level of detail and I feel reassured that I am confident to deal with such situations and identify on signs of an individual in crisis .

I found the course really beneficial. M.D was great she was very engaging . I liked that the course was a lot of discussion and not PowerPoint heavy . It was great we got to do role plays and practice as this is a new area for me so have not dealt with these types of calls before . M.D checked on our wellbeing throughout which was great . It’s really got me thinking now about the language used when talking about suicide and I feel more resourceful when dealing with these types of calls .
