A lot to do in 1 day but the trainer did manage. Great balance between the trainer's talking/slides, and contributions from attendees, and active exercises.

It was interesting to learn about how to act and speak in terms of speaking to someone that has suicidal thoughts or are suicidal. Has given me an insight on how to improve the situation of what and what not to say.

Steve was very informative, and really engaging. Any questions that we had asked they were answered fully. It was very helpful in finding out how to cope with suicide talks and difficult feelings and conversations that surround it. After the session I feel confident in taking these skills into the world to help others.
