A good course for anyone without any experience of talking to people with suicidal thoughts.

Really good session

I really enjoyed the course and found it engaging and informative. I feel as though I have learnt a lot and I can take this training into my personal life, which is what I wanted. Steph filled me with confidence and she handled such a serious topic with care and kindness, making it easier to talk about. I would definitely consider gaining the qualification that goes alongside this.

I found the course to be well structured and paced appropriately. It managed to cover a great deal within a limited time without making one feel pressured or overwhelmed.
