Really helpful, though I feel like i'm only just beginning in terms of my ability to provide effective suicide first aid.
Good theory but it will be challenging in practise as the support systems are not in place in Warwickshire. 7 hours looking at a screen is not good for mental health - maybe re introduce F2F
I still feel a little daunted by the idea of supporting someone who is in this situation but feel so encouraged to know an outline of what to say and how to speak about it. And also to be made aware of / encouraged by all the resources out there to help

I have very personal experience of suicide and was very anxious about attending, but after thd course and the way it was delivered by Shian made me feel safe and comfortable
