The training was very well organised and covered all important topics. Especially providing helpful scripts for a crisis situation. I feel much more prepared. I appreciated the importance of what I can actually say and now have a proper easy to check support plan when a crisis is happening.

Great adaptations to the USI materials - they feel very realistic. Left the course feeling that delivery of the CYP would be well received and that staff would feel that it is very relevant to them.

As I said on the course, I think my favourite is CYP. I really enjoyed learning about the psychosocial and biological aspects. I start a counselling course myself at the weekend, and I am even more energised to learn more. Thanks again for a fantastic session Jamie.
