Enjoyed the course, just wished we were able to do the longer version as this is a subject that in my opinion would have been better if longer, which I know is nothing to do with Ian or the training provider.

Really informative course - perfect length as previous courses I have found myself getting bored at a point but this was all quite relevant without sticking too long on any one part. Big thank you to Ian for a great job leading the course.

Really interesting and informative course. Really important that people do this course as it could help save lives. I learnt so much, what language to use when speaking with people who have suicidal thoughts - what steps need to be taken. How important it is to listen and be aware of people if not themselves. Really useful course.

The interaction exercises were very helpful to bring better awareness and to encourage an approach that is beneficial.

The course was very insightful and I feel much more confident to support young adults with conversations regarding suicide.
