The course needed to be more geared up for young people rather than adults.

Could have been condensed into a shorter period of time.Response : Dear Belinda, Thank you for your feedback, we are continually learning from our participants. We do run an awareness programme that is half a day, however this course is City&Guilds level 4, 6 credits, therefore needs to be the full day. to support the qualification. Having the full day also allows for people with differing learning styles to fully engage in the learning process. Once again thank you for your feedback, we really value it.
