Very interesting course which will help me with my job
It was a very well run course with lots of audience participation which made everyone feel involved.
Really enjoyed it. Especially his use of stories and acting. I particularly liked that he gave us the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
Thank you - this has served as a really helpful refresher and provided some really useful strategies to address a very sensitive subject.
