Having had a personal experience of suicide i found it really interesting and could relate to the course

Good session and it's nice to have the tutor engaging with the room

I’ve learned new techniques and feel better able to perform suicide First Aid.

Very good course which I found useful. Felt a little rushed. I booked on and the calendar appointment came through for 9am to 3pm, however I was told on the day the course was shortened to 9am to 1pm. I think the content would have been far better suited to a longer (than 4 hours) course

As a trainee EMD I would have liked to have had more examples/information specific to my role within the control room.

Definitely worth taking part in the training.

Really good. Its breaking down stigma's. Like women have made talking about menopause is now more accepted. Mens health should also be. This helps.
