A good introductory course but a slightly faster pace would be good.
I think that this training is very necessary to all. It was sensitively delivered and covered everything we needed to know and gives us the confidence to step in and give an intervention if necessary. Sofia was very clear and provided us with statistics and also got us involved by doing break out rooms and working with other members which was comforting.
