I think the course was really insightful and allowed to gain some perspective from the video and discussion, I think it could have had a bit more time to discuss or ask questions specific to how the model can be used within the business and any research based from the UK. I do feel more confident to ask more direct questions to help support customers.

Really great training, it was a shame we were pushed for time though as it would have been good to have some more discussion and to not rush through the end.

I enjoyed the course and I feel I have learnt a lot from it . It has provided me with knowledge that I can use to support people affected by suicidal thoughts or plans, as well as my own self care. I would recommend the training to anyone .
