A super informative one day course where I personally got what I needed in being able to recognise prior potential warning signals.

Christo managed to open a discussion about an extremely sensitive topic in a respectvol and safe manner. Eventhough there is no one exact answer, he has provided me with sufficient tools to feel more confident in dealing with a person who might be having suicidal thoughts.
