Instructor was great, very professional and well informed, unfortunate due to technical hitch the course was 30 minutes late in starting. Zoom not ideal way to deliver this and it would have been good to be able to chat to each other in the team, however the information contained within the course was very informative and as I have not attended any courses on this subject before I took away a few nuggets to use in future situations

This was a really enjoyable course. Although a tough subject and one I personally felt at times 'wobbly' hearing Nell did a great job at keeping within bounds. I felt engaged and was interested throughout. Thanks
