This course was hugely beneficial in helping us with the work we do but it could have done with being longer to allow for staff to explore the content in more depth and share any personal experience on such a sensitive subject

I thought it was so helpful and has given me a bigger insight in to how i can approach an individual situation far more confidently.

I was initially nervous about this training due to the sensitivity of the topic. However, I've come away wanting to learn more and actually wishing we could have done a whole day.

Uncomfortable, thought provoking training that was delivered with exceptional sensitivity. It should Be mandatory training as has given me Tools I can use in every day practice

I think this course was extremely useful and relieved some of the pressure and stigma that comes along with the word suicide. It provided a different perspective on how best to navigate any conversations that may be had regarding this topic.

I thought the training was delivered in a very detailed manner. Our understanding was checked through out and the tutor instilled a feeling of openness. I learnt a lot from the session and will be able to use these learns when carrying out my day to day job

Excellent course

Sofia was able to broach a hard subject with knowledge and empathy while getting us to learn and understand how to bypass stigmas.

Very worthwhile

It was a good course, although it did not add very much to my knowledge but I do feel it gave me "permission" /justified thoughts I had about wanting to speak and ask the question in the future , which I failed to ask in the past .
