the 4 days together via an online platform could have been difficult. Jamie and Fiona made sure the days were engaging and interactive. I really liked the structure and well thought out. The manual is easy to follow with clear step by step guidance.

very good, and prepares you for the time you may need to ask the right questions.

I was apprehensive about what this would entail - I liked the fact that there was no obligatory speaking if you didn't feel comfortable. A lot of training courses do 'round-robins' asking for comments etc but this was pitched brilliantly to make everybody feel at ease and comfortable. Steve is a very engaging person.

This is something that a lot more people need to aware of and this training helps to get the message out

It opened up some interesting discussions and gave food for thought.

As per above comments as to what I liked about the training, and all the resources Chris made us aware of that can help a person experiencing these emotions and thoughts made it a worthwhile training course.

The training was useful. I am concerned that I may miss signs that may not be evident when talking to a customer as our interviews are conducted on the telephone, there would be no visual signs so may be harder to identify a person with suicidal thoughts.
