The National Centre for Suicide Prevention Education & Training UK CIC Reviews

Course was very suitable for those dealing directly with somebody dealing with suicide, however, for our purpose of a 6 point plan contact to our staff there may be additional training required so that we can support their well-being for these conversations. The course would be highly recommended for those members of staff.

I think it was a bit too long, perhaps if the session had been in a class room and not on Zoom the length would have been fine. The tutor I thought was very good.Response : HI Carol Thank you for taking the time to feedback and your supportive comment. I too feel like it is a much more interactive session in a classroom ~ Roll on the time when that can happen again. Take care ~ Keep up the good work ....x

The course broaden my understanding about suicide ideation. I think I would benefit more by taking the 6hour - conclusion part of the training.

For me the course was well structured, felt was a bit short cause of the nature and stigma around suicide,I feel there's a lot more to learn.

I really enjoyed this training and found it really informative and helpful. Lots of room for discussions and questions which was good to hear everyone's opinions and thoughts

The latter questions have not received 5 stars as I am a trained psychotherapist and counsellor with a great degree of experience in working in this field. If I had not had this experience already I have no doubt that the training would have improved my confidence and skills in that area.
