The course exceeded my expectations. The group breakouts where so helpful, and with having student involvement was perfect. He gained my trust so I could speak openly and honestly. I feel so privileged to be taught by an inspirational man.
I think that the training was good it will help me in future when dealing with customers that are a risk and handle to the situation as best as I can.
