Really interesting course! Did not want to do it at all when it was suggested to me but glad I did. Pace of course was very good, felt we moved topics as a team. Felt my concerns were listened to and given great personalised feed back.
Have definitely learn some useful tools and ideas to use in future. I think I will refer to the materials at a later date
Simon has been an amazing teacher, very demonstrative and professional
Really enjoyable course team activities were very interesting , food was good accommodation average.
Structured session with interactive content. Useful to reflect on own attributes and to give and receive feedback
Very good course session two in the first day could be improved
Useful concepts and practical models with interesting activities to bring the topics to life.
Just an excess of printing material. However, its content is needed for the training.
