The course was quite dense, probably the 3 days format allowed more thorough analysis and less stress on the time scale

Course was really interesting and helpful! Patrick delivered the course in a relaxed, friendly, informal manner but was informative and got his points across! We ran out of time to look through every slide but I felt that didn’t effect the training.

It was delivered well and the trainer kept everyone enthused. So refreshing to be on sales training that puts the customer needs first instead of the sale.
