Had a great few days on the training course, very interactive, lots of information given. Excellent course leader who understood the needs of the people on the course. I feel able to come away from the course and be able to use this in day to day working life.

The course was really well delivered, explained and presented. A good mixture of at the front learning and practical exercises.

Basic Principals were good but unable to put many of the ideas into practice as Trainer did not really understand how agricultural sales work. Felt that he thought we had an infinite source of customers to go for.
