I have attended multiple training courses but this was by far the worse. The trainer was a misogynistic, arrogant man who was not interested in listening to anyone else's perspective. He had very poor understanding of our industry and made very derogative comments about it. He was rude and actually held his hand up to my face and 'sssh' me on several occasions. There were elements of the content that I found of interested however it did not seem to follow any pattern and the trainer did not follow the folder or powerpoint. I had to ask several times what page the info was on and he actually told me I didn't need to write it down, despite me repeatedly telling him that I wanted to. The course ran late as the trainers kept going off topic, sharing anecdotes that were irrelevant to the course. Overall I would actively discourage anyone from taking a course by this trainer.

Course put over at a nice speed and and the trainer involved everyone in the group and had a good knowledge of our business. Well done on his planning beforehand. It's good to hear about putting things over a different way but also makes us think before we tackle customers and do our research beforehand.

Really useful techniques wich are easy to follow and input with real customers. As my first sales training I e found it a really useful course.

Related back to the business and what we do well. Interactive session with plenty of feedback.
