The course covered a wide range of topics and areas of overall management of distributors and end customers. There was a good balance of group engagement, and breaking into teams to get a variety of view points on the given topic. I thought the balance between financial management, reporting, how to handle underperforming reps, and the importance of the tapping into the audience (reps) interests and motivations.

Simon was really brilliant at delivering the course even when he was faced with the task of doing this over Zoom. He kept me engaged and interested throughout. He gave regular breaks and understood the difficulties of doing it. He gave the course as an overall a positive attitude and listened to any question we had helping us to develop.
