Mr Marcus Simpson was very good and professional in his delivery of the course. He touched every aspect and his knowledge of the course is exceptionally great. The course venue was very smart .

Audrey is thoroughly engaging and really makes you think about how you interact with customers. I wasn’t sure how much I would gain from the course, being in a more senior role, but there is always room to learn and the content was brilliant.

Really enjoyed how practical the session was and so much food for thought for the whole team to consider. Everything we could relate back to our roles and Simon was great at both speaking but also answering all the questions we had in an open and honest way.

The DISC evaluation has been extremely enlightening and I am looking forward to understanding how to interact with people in my team to bring out the best in everyone. The 3 hours were highly engaging with a good amount of tasks to illuminate the points.
