Great training and a great trainer Lots of take aways, Regarding apdaptation, timemanagement, coaching. Also interesting models discussed to use. Disc profile was an eyeopener

Great course, extremely well delivered. We covered so much but it never felt too heavy or monotonous. So many great tjings to take away and put into practise, cannot wait for SM2 in March to share my progress
Nick was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to and follow. I learned some very good strategies and lots of good questions to ask customers. Some of the course content wasn’t relevant, but that was not anyone’s fault, and some areas we had already got pretty well covered. But that was also good to have confirmation of.
Good content and flow and mix of role plays, examples to relate to and debates.
I really enjoyed my couple of days. The trainer brought to life the key takeaways with good storytelling, which really helped me digest the course content. I appreciated that he took on board all the areas we asked him to cover, both when we were looking to develop the course content and covering all the areas the team requested too, a great example of consultative selling in action!
