Really enjoyed and learnt a lot from the two days, Simon presented and ran the course very well with really great knowledge for the subject matter.

Really positive - excellently delivered. Got some useful material that I can take back to the workplace to help me better prepare for team and individual meetings. Really good to understand more different types of management style and what motivates people and that it can be completely different from me and the need to change approach when this is the case. Also the need to make time, listen better and focus if I really want to understand what drives the team and improve performance when neeesed.

Great course with great subject matter and content. Course trainer was clear in lessons and easy to understand and used examples and exercises to drive principles home.

Good interactive course, focusing on interpersonal skills and practical workshops. Nice to attend a course with limited PowerPoint slides, helpful supporting documents provided.

Really enjoyed the course. Great content, we went into specific examples of real situations (which was very useful), excellently presented by Simon Broom who kept everything moving at pace, covered a lot of areas but kept the delegates engaged through his clear explanations and delivery of the course work.

There were some really useful processes that drive structured and considered results

The course exceeded my expectations overall, the content was tailored the best way for the team. it was easy to stay engaged in the course with the use of different ways to get the information to us.
