Really enjoyed and found the training very useful. Maria was brilliant and very knowledge full. She was able to answer all my questions throughout comfortably. The course was interactive and energising. My only negative findings were that I found most the content to be about new business rather than repeat business.

good rational course great information, extremely relevant to my position and general day to day roll. Focused my mind on my possible shortcomings and attributes, areas where I could, should must adapt or change my current approach.

Whilst the course and venue was supberb I was disappointed with TACK's ability not to be flexiable as I needed to transfer my date due to staff sickness but gave 6/7 days notice. TACK refused siting T&C's despite an e-mail from the Sales Director. This has now put TACK in our black list of suppliers and I am very disappointed as I have two new team members who I would love to attend TACK's courses.
