Ideal world, Zoom isn't the right platform for this course as it would be much better live with a trainer , having said that, Lisa our trainer was engaging, and knowledgeable, it was a certainly was a worthwhile excercise

It is a great training, I have a lot of feedback from trainer to improve my weaknesses. Pro-PAYBACK course is good for everyone, especially new sales. They can learn from basic until advanced.

The training overall was really helpful and give more confident i need.

Not coming from a sales background I was concerned that I would struggle but I found the course well structured and easy to follow.

A virtual environment is not ideal, but it is the best we all can do at the moment.

Very informative and there were some parts I will definitely be introducing in the future. Some parts were slightly confusing and distracted from the overall impact however and could be restructured to be clearer.

This was a great course! I have found it really useful and have learnt so much. The trainer Nick was awesome and made me feel so comfortable.
