Well presented and good examples to reinforce discussion points. Some of the A and B role playing was a bit confusing

Patrick was very likeable and therefore it never felt like the time dragged. Very informative and even though a lot of it wasn’t my remit necessarily, I took away some interesting titbits for the future. Would happily have a course from Patrick again.
