Lovely trainer, nice small group, good discussion- eye opening
Very good oversight into the ins and outs of promoting Dignity & Mutual Respect in the organisation.
Anna came across as very nice and presented the course material well. However, the live training was just a repetition of the videos we had already watched.
A good comprehensive mix of tips and the basics of excel.
Would have liked to discuss ways of "catching" and calling behaviour. I understand the importance of it - but it takes skill and confidence.
Louise is great and very helpful . She explained any question really well.
