Facilitator communicated clearly and kept us on point
Good course. Long on line but was well broken up and breakout rooms worked to break up the course and good to build on each idea.
Relevant content. Simply no time for sharing personal examples
The trainer clearly knew the topic but I don’t think the structure of the day worked for me as wanted more time to explore the changes we are going through. Karen - it would be great to have space to build on this to discuss more real issues/examples we are dealing with

Excellent . Louise managed t involve all levels in the course and made sure everyone went off with greater knowledge . My only suggestion is that it might be better to run the course over two half days .
Really good two days lots of topics good format
I thought the pace was good. I really liked the tasks that were included and the Q&A after each day. Help recap what was discussed while preparing for the exam.
