Good course content. Sean is very interactive with the group. Session kept me engaged throughout
Whilst there was some termonology and techniques that seemed a little complicated, Sean made the course very enjoyable and was very interactive with us all. You can tell he has a vast knowledge of this subject! thank you for the course, 10/10!
I think more time given to the break out rooms would be better as it gives people more time to work on the tasks and not rush it as if its the first time doing tht task it can be hard
the course has been extremely beneficial and enjoyable. The volume of materials shared will certainly set me up for success in future projects. I have enjoyed the large volume of practice and breakout sessions - they are timed perfectly so there arnt lull moments. Thank you for delivering - its a 5 star from me!
Mike was a engaging trainer and found him accommodating to all questions! Would love the opportunity to do this in person but it still worked well virtually!
We could streamline the course a bit, either by - 1. Separating the course into 2 courses - predictive and agile, so people interested in learning agile over predictive get the option to focus on topic they are interested in. I understand some of the concepts in predictive are fundamental, but they can be embedded before starting Agile. 2. Shortening the time spent on predictive to 1 day, or adding 1 day to the existing course to spend some more time on Agile
Would benefit from an in-person experience, I felt we lost engagement towards the end of the days which Mike tried his best to get back but people were becoming withdrawn. Very engaging presenter - Mike related the theory to practice and gave us practical examples that were relevant to our day-to-day. He attempted to relate the teaching to the Wayfair environment and created a culture where questions were encouraged and he was open to being challenged on things.
Great course and Mike was excellent. The content was very relevant and delivered really well. It gave me a really good understanding of Agile that I will be able to use in my role.
