I found the practical examples that we had to work through really good and they made it more relatable. Going forward it might be an idea to have projects already picked that people can work on as people on the training come from such diverse backgrounds its hard to pick a project that will suit everyone.
Found it hard to get into at the beginning but once we started the exercises it all came together

Really enjoyed both of the 2 days training, Chris was great! He was very patient and teaching while giving a digestible amount of information to an audience who had varying levels of exposure to the topic of project management. The topic can be overwhelming but broken down with the approach of theory and then practical along with the timing and breaks worked really well for me. Thanks Chris!
I thought it was very good - I have done a 12-week project management course before so a lot of the information was familiar, but considering it was just a 2-day course, it covered all of the fundamentals, showed them in a practical way and I found it was a really good refresher.
Loved the training - it had the right amount of theory and practical work. The timings were great everything was covered in detail but nothing was dragged out. The breaks were perfect as it can be hard to sit in front of the screen for long periods. The PDF of the material is really helpful for look back after the course. Chris had fantastic anecdotes that keep the material relevant and was very engaging. Overall I would definitely recommend this course.
Course made the PMBOK more digestible, and I believe it was a good first step in studying for the CAPM exam.
Joe did a great job. Clearly he's had years of experience in Project Management and was very thorough and clear in regards to conveying the information.
