The trainer, Anna was lovely and very helpful throughout the session and provided plenty of opportunity for discussion. I felt that it could be a bit longer a we seemed to run out of time at the end and I felt we could have used a bit more information in relation to how to go about providing solutions to bullying/harassment in the workplace. Overall - a great session!

Course was very good and to the point

Anna came across as very nice and presented the course material well. However, the live training was just a repetition of the videos we had already watched.

A good comprehensive mix of tips and the basics of excel.

Would have liked to discuss ways of "catching" and calling behaviour. I understand the importance of it - but it takes skill and confidence.

Louise is great and very helpful . She explained any question really well.
