Very good course, good slides very well explained by trainer and good examples. Good engagement by group.
Trainer was knowledgeable and engaging, and kept the training course interactive. The course felt a bit rushed at the end given the 3 hour time limit and a slightly longer course (4 hours) may give a more appropriate amount of time to fit in content, break-outs, and specific questions.
Well structured, inclusive environment. I learnt a lot. Time went by very quickly.

Really good tips for how to manage your day - especially managing the distractions which have become much more frequent with remote working. This will definitely help me plan more effectively and hopefully carve out the time for relationship building also within the organisation (not just outside work). The relationship between task management and goals was interesting - but I didn't necessarily feel i understood how to focus tasks based on my own goals
