Course was a very good introduction to the practical principles of Lean. Could have used more targeted examples for the service industry as opposed to manufacturing to relate back to our field but Aidan was an excellent trainer who explained all the concepts in a way which was accessible to all.

The book is written in such a way that it is difficult to navigate. The trainer did his best to make it more managable.
