Enjoyable and worthwhile course considering the time allocated.

Anne was lovely and a really good teacher. I am probably a bit jaded at the moment as i see my problem as a workload issue bought on by staff leaving and the industry going crazy. But the fundamental message was clear and I enjoyed the day and most of this would be down to Anne and her skills in communicating with people.

More workshops would be appreciated but it would have to extend timeframes of this course

Louise was just amazing. She was very thoughtful and transferred the training to suit the type of work we do. Very useful course delivered by an amazing teacher. Highly recommend.

At times the course content was very heavy on jargon that is not always easy to follow. It was as a result difficult to relate it to our business at each step. The best parts of the course were the Q&A sessions and conversations that resulted. Dave was very generous with his time and that was appreciated.

Great starting point to working out a more efficient way to manage our workloads.

Course was very good and to the point

I found the practical examples that we had to work through really good and they made it more relatable. Going forward it might be an idea to have projects already picked that people can work on as people on the training come from such diverse backgrounds its hard to pick a project that will suit everyone.

Joe was fantastic and really stepped through the course material fluidly and at a pace that made it a lot easier to learn the information. It was good preparation for the exam.
