The only issue for me was the difficulty utilising breakout rooms in the time provided

Really good course that provided food for thought and very useful tips to improve accuracy and drafting of emails.

Emphasis needs to be made for people's cameras and sound to be on if conducting training via Zoom as the session is very interactive and doesn't reach its full potential without this.

It was difficult to participate as no webcam and no mic! Sound was not great, but content good and interesting and relevant to my job.

The zoom method of delivery is not ideal - the split rooms were virtually impossible to hear anyone else speaking. Discussion not really possible. Content and delivery by Catherine was very good.

While not a criticism of the host or the session, but many participants did not have microphones or had very bad connections resulting in poor quality sound

An excellent course. Greg the tutor kept me focused. I enjoyed the interaction with the group.

Found the course interesting and will look at things differently now to make sure the data I’m inputting is more accurate

I enjoyed the course overall. A lot of the techniques suggested were some that I already use, but still found it interesting and found a couple of new techniques that I will adopt. Thank you.
