Found this really helpful and will use lots of things I have learned in my day to day work and also outside of work to

I think there are some really simple techniques in this workshop that most people already know but are likely to have forgotten. Bringing back the simple techniques is going to help with accuracy and preventing mistakes so much in our line of work, when we are perhaps in a bit of a rush or even when we aren't and are relying on someone else.

Helpful, isn't long winded, common sense based, easily implemented into day to day work

really enjoyed it, especially understand how my brain eyes actually work when it comes to data. breaking it down in chunks was really iuseful

Enjoyed the interaction between trainer and trainee's - good sense of humor and a genuine interest in getting everyone engaged and thinking. The content - while basic, is the sort of things you don't consider. I have already noticed a significant increase to the accuracy with which I copy data between programs.

I found it quite lengthy. Perhaps it could have been condensed into a shorter period. Overall I enjoyed the content and will use the tips in my every day work

Brad Fradd is an excellent trainer . He's like the youtube educational videos I watch but live and interactive. He's great at explaining and making people realise and understand, using a good blend of auditory, visual and practical application.

I thought the course was really good. I think taking the time out to keep doing assessments to practice was useful . The balance of interaction was just right
