Really interesting course which definitely made me look at the way I carry out my day to day work in regards to filling in documents and verifying my peers work. I realise I need to slow down to improve my accuracy and I can actually retain more information than I realised. I believe I already used the number of 3 when using numerical data but I am more conscious of it now. The ergo breaks would definitely assist also. Thoroughly enjoyed and very informative, raising my awareness in a number of areas. Thank you

Really interesting, I can use this guidance outside of work, both giving and receiving information

Greg was an excellent trainer. Very clear and informative. Good balance of information, anecdotes and humour. Good amount of breaks so did not feel overloaded with information and gave a chance to rest mentally from exercises. Good amount of group work as well. First assessment was marked and sent back quickly.

The course was informative and will really help me. I do wish it was done in a classroom environment even if just for the second day. There would be more energy, interaction and discussion. The exercises were all really well thought through and the information delivery was at a good pace.

Training was very insightful and made me more aware of certain mistakes I would have made myself and now with this training it will help me to eliminate most mistakes going forward - making my work more efficient and effective. Thank you Gregg
