Enjoyed the course and picked up some useful tips to go forward with

I think anyone who takes part in this course will benefit whether or not they make errors within the work place.

i work better face to face.. zoom not my thing.. we mark our own work - how many people cheat to get a higher mark! would be better if someone else checked to make it more true reflection

Far too long 7 hours for what could have been a 1 hour.

A very informative overview of how emails work and the simple errors that occur.

Really good course that provided food for thought and very useful tips to improve accuracy and drafting of emails.

Emphasis needs to be made for people's cameras and sound to be on if conducting training via Zoom as the session is very interactive and doesn't reach its full potential without this.

It was difficult to participate as no webcam and no mic! Sound was not great, but content good and interesting and relevant to my job.
