Good content - well structured course building a complex issue over the course duration. Sue was very engaging and knowledgeable I am looking forward to shadowing actual assessments.

I was so impressed with how Sue presented the course information. I lacked confidence with teams training. Her ability to allow all to ask questions put me particularly at ease. Sue demonstrated her vast knowledge and skills in a very professional manner. I have enjoyed this course immensely.

A very well-delivered course that balanced legal theory with practical application. The teaching style was engaging, inclusive, and supportive, which made complex areas of DoLS and Best Interests assessment much easier to understand. I have gained valuable knowledge and confidence that will positively influence my professional practice.

This course has been a life changing experience with all the information gained. It has enhanced my practice skills and knowledge with the awareness of the importance of promoting people's Human Rights and safeguarding them when their liberty is being deprived.

Sue was fantastic, she made it knowledgeable, accessible and interesting and it really helped me understand it clearly. I did not enjoy day three with the social worker as I felt this was more rambly and in some ways contradicted the information from the previous two days. this day would benefit from being simplified in terms of the process and how to carry it out practically, rather than becoming too anecdotal and going back and forth.

Really good course. Very engaging and a lot of material was covered in a short space of time. I enjoyed how practical a lot of it was, so I could immediately see how the theory would apply in practice. Very relevant to the role it provides the qualification for. And the course materials are excellent - the best I've had from a qualification course and am sure to continue to use and refer back to.
